About Me

Hi, I’m Johnny Luna, a certified personal trainer specializing in aesthetics, muscle building, and body composition.

I help individuals achieve their fitness goals with a practical, science-based approach that’s both enjoyable and effective. Together, we’ll focus on mastering the fundamentals, applying hard work, and using scalable progressions to ensure long-term success.

I grew up in the Rockaways, NY, born and raised in a proud El Salvadorian family. I wasn’t always confident in my body and struggled with consistency and knowledge early on. But through desire and hope, I completely transformed both my physique and mindset. Now, with years of experience, I’ve helped countless clients achieve their fitness goals—whether it’s building muscle, improving body composition, or gaining confidence.

Coaching and fitness are my true passions. I love learning about the body and mind—whether it’s hypertrophy science, biomechanics, psychology, or even quantum physics—I’m constantly striving to improve myself so I can better serve others.

On a completely unrelated note, I’m also a huge fan of science fiction and superhero movies, and I never miss a UFC event!
